Ideal Fire Rated Loft Ladder for ceiling heights up to 2.87m. Supplied with frame, outside measurement 680mm x 1175mm.
Features include:
- Fitted with draught excluder.
- The trap door is made of sandwich construction with 50mm polystyrene insulation (3mm Masonite on inside/outside surfaces 1/2 hour fire rated).
- Spring counterbalance loft ladder with fingertip operation.
- Non slip rubber feet
- Comes with moulded architrave.
- Supplied with pole for opening.
- Tread size 75mm.
Installation instructions provided. Natural loft balustrade, and handrails available.
